Only items purchased on www.dedesha.com may be accepted for a return.  Items purchased from Dedesha.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell DeDesha products.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days.  please contact customer service at Dedesha@dedesha.com we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
